The MERAJ Jetting Vehicle (MJV) Series provides high-pressure water jetting for sewer and drain cleaning in a simpler package than a combined suction-and-jetting vehicle. The MJV uses a hydraulically powered jetting hose reel and a high-pressure jetting pump for municipal pipe-cleaning operations.
The jetting system delivers up to 200 LPM at 300 bar and can use a Power Take-Off (PTO) drive or an optional auxiliary engine. A tilting, hydraulically powered self-aligning reel supports hose deployment around manholes and drainage access points.
MJV configurations cover 9–18 ton GVW with water tank capacities from 4,000 to 8,000 L. Optional equipment includes a PLC, rubber jetting hose and up to 150 m of 1 in hose on the main reel. Municipalities requiring suction and waste collection in the same vehicle can compare the MJV with the Combine Suction & Jetting Vehicle (MCSV).
The Heavy Duty MJV focuses on longer mainline sewer-cleaning work. Across the range, water capacity reaches 8,000 L, while the jetting pump delivers up to 200 LPM at 300 bar.
